A blending brush, used 3rd to blend out the crease and throughout eyeshadow application to blend each layer. I rarely dip it into eyeshadow, preferring to keep it clean so colors don’t get muddy while blending. It can also be used in a light/medium eyeshadow to define the crease in 1 step for a softer everyday look.
