Apply Loose Shimmer Dust over eye primer or Stik It Glue for a waterproof, sweatproof and crease proof application.

Apply Stik It Glue or Eye Primer lightly over the top of the area where you want to apply your shimmer eye shadow.
Apply small amount of shimmer to your makeup brush and blend over desired area. A little shimmer goes a long way so use sparingly. Add more shimmer if needed.

OTHER USES

When mixed with ILine Sealant the shimmer will become a long lasting waterproof wet cream eye shadow or cream eye liner.
Mix with Pretty Girl Cosmetics Clear Lip Gloss for shimmer lips in your favorite color.
